Add some tomatoe, spinach and onion. Its soooo good. I'd be eating it more often, but my mom accidentally got the really unhealthy tortillas. mypyramid.gov is really helpful.

I don't know what kind of diet you're following but the trick is to find something that is maintainable. You dont want to be eating 800 calories a day and lose like 30 pounds if you can't do it for the rest of your life because you'll be undernourished and hungry all the time. You need to find a diet that lets you indulge yourself in chocolate or whatever your cravings are but in MODERATION and only OCCASIONALLY. Portion control is huge too. Try to eat three balanced meals a day (carbs, protein, veggies) that are low sodium, low fat and are under 450 calories. Add in 2 fruits of your choice as a snack and you're at approximately 1600 calories a day. Thats the average number of calories needed for the "average" woman. However based on your current height, weight, frame and muscle mass it could be completely different. There are calculators you can find on google that can suggest a could calorie number for you, and they are really easy to use. For example I'm tallish, overweight, large frame, lots of muscle (this is all based on measurements) and several calculators have recomended 2000 calories a day to MAINTAIN my current weight. In order to lose weight I simply need to eat less than that number depending on how much exercise I am getting. Its pure math. Calorie intake verses calorie expenditure. GOOD LUCK! Sorry this is so long lol
