Avacadoes are full of healthy fats that are really good for you actually :)

Your exercise was really good. Frankly I can't get my mile under 9 minutes and that's after I lost most of my weight. Some people just weren't meant to be good runners. Anyway I think that was pretty good. One point is not to make a habit of eating avacados. While they are fruits? or maybe their vegetables. Anyway they have a lot of fat in them. Of course an avacado is better than a bag of chips but don't eat them every day. Other than that you did good, and just make sure you stay hydrated when you run. I can't imagine it being 103 still. There are some days when I'm glad to live in New England despite the sudden snow storms. Have a fun school year. Mine starts next week.

Honestly it sucked!! I was ok with my classes but I don't know ppl and it seems like so many ppl are emo and goth and ppl that I just wouldn't get along with.
