Ht. 5'2, Wt. 152.2 - so latly i have been trying to get ready for school to start whitch has been making me stressed out and then causing me to break out an i have been trying to eat bland foods with little calories and im still breaking out and my diet consist of mostly hard boiled egg whites. anything else to make them go away

I used to have bad acne, and I just eat balanced meals from all the food groups (except i use protein shakes to make up for meat because i am a vegetarian) and it went away. Your breakout is mostly just from the stress, so dont alter your diet because of it. Just relax and enjoy the last days of summer =D
Reply from caitlyne, Age 15 - 08/22/06 - IP#: 206.47.27.xxx Firstly, the study that "proved" fatty foods to cause acne was actually proved false, atleast thats what we learned in health class, this info was provided to us via HealthCanada (govournment). I would simply try to wash your face with a cleanser and moisturize with something that won't clog your pores. I find that stress usually causes acne so do stuff that will relax you:) try a bath, get a pedicure if you can, read a book, dance, whatever your hobbies are:)
