Ht. 5-5, Wt. 152! - I decided that my cardio exercise would be to jump rope. Is that ok, or should I try something else. Also, I am in need of a weight loss bud about my height, age, and weight. thanx

Plus it reminds me of when I was younger and I used to play jumprope with girls at school. Just make sure to throw in some strenght exercises a few times a week. It'll really help to tone up. Muscle burns more calories than fat, and as a nice surprise, when you lose that weight you'll have a nice toned body which is something I'm working on right now. Good Luck!
