Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - OK, WELL I HAVEN`T HAD A DIET BLUNDER IN MONTHS SO I WON`T BEAT MYSELF UP. I JUST HAVE TO MOVE ON. YESTERDAY I FORGOT TO HAVE MY PLANNED APPLE-AND-CARAMEL SNACK, THOUGH I DID GET A SNAPPLE DIET TEA. MY AUNT CAME OUT WITH US FOR DINNER NOT ACCORDING TO PLAN, AND SHE ORDERED MAC AND CHEESE WITH CHICKEN FINGER SALAD. *WHAT KIND OF IDIOT DESIGNED A CHICKEN FINGER SALAD?!* IT TURNS OUT THEY DIDN`T HAVE ANY SLAMON LEFT JUST MEATBALLS AND OTHER FATTENING STUFF. I WAS TIRED OR CHICKEN MARSALA, SO UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES I BUCKLED AND HAD A CHICKEN FINGER SALAD AND A SIDE OF FRIES! I HAVEN"T HAD FRIES IN LIKE ONE OR TWO MONTHS, SO I CAVED. THEN WE HAD FAT FREE ICE CREAM. WELL, I HOPE TO DO BETTER TODAY! ;-(

Don't worry. We all have those days. I'm not sure if this will work on you, but you can give it a try. I read in a magazine somewhere that Carmen Electra has a day where she eats whatever she wants and then diets the other 6 days. So I figured that once a week I would give myself a forbidden treat. Stuff like real ice cream, french fries, nachos. Of course some people can't sit down and have one serving so if you can't than don't try this, but if you can then it may be something to think about. I feel that it stops me from binging because I'm like "Oh, I can just have french fries of Friday." Hope that helps. Good Luck!!!
