Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - Breakfast: unsweetened reg. oatmeal with my own spices and one third cup milk, yogurt whip, peach Lunch: 1 and 1 half cups pasta in tomato sauce with 1 small meatball, one fourth cup peacans. Exercise so far has been house cleaning! Dinner for dinner idk beucase mom has to work late and we`re going out. i might get salmon locks qith salad and some bread, or veggie soup, or maybe salad...I`m not sure yet.

This actually sounds really good. Kudos on being able to eat oatmeal. For some reason I can't choke the stuff down. My dad eats a bowl of that raw steel cut oat junk every morning and I have to say, it's killer trying to clean out the pot. I like how you put down portions because some people are like "spaghetti with sauce" and while a portion size is one cup most people have three. The only thing I can say is I guess when you go out and you choose salad make sure it isn't covered with crispy chicken, croutons, high fat dressing, bacon, nuts... That can really ruin and good salad and many restaraunts like to do that. So make sure you keep your salads healthy and watch the portion sizes at restaraunts too. I know I'm a big stickler for portion sizes but watching portions has been the biggest weight loss success I've had. Hope this helps and good luck!!!
