Reply from Isabella, Age 13 - 08/23/06 - IP#: 68.32.56.xxx Your metabolism is in "sleep" mode during the night, so if you don`t eat in the morning, it burns calroies very slowly! You end up with hunger and tend to eat more later on...bad, bad cycle. Eating sugary breakfasts can result in the same crash and burn. Eat a whole grain muffin, cereal, omlet, eggs, ham, etc. Basically anything rich in whole grains and or protein keeps your hunger at bay longer. You can also add fruit and yogurt and stuff! If youocket once and a while or make a breakfast sandwhich of English muffin, lowfat ham, cheese, and tomato the night before and wrap it!
