Ht. 5'4", Wt. 140 - Is creamy Jif peanut butter bad for you?
Reply from Mikayla to Tammy, Age 16 - 08/24/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx Just because you lost weight eating it doesnt mean its healthy. Regular peanut butter is truly truly horrible. Just look at the ingredients. Also, if you eat peanut butter, its best to eat the peanut butter with the only ingredient being peanuts and maybe water and salt.
Reply from Tammy, Age 16 - 08/24/06 - IP#: 66.191.4.xxx I eat tons of peanut butter each day... i have for 3 years now... like just plain peanut butter on a spoon.... and 3 years ago when i went on a diet during summer i lost 25 pounds.. this summer like 10 and all eating peanut butter included in my diet
Reply from Kayla, Age 15 - 08/24/06 - IP#: 68.229.79.xxx Don't worry. Everyone needs a little splurge sometime. I'm pretty sure that with a diet you'll make your goal before next summer. Call it a hunch. Just make sure that you stay on your diet and you don't feel bad about these things. You should never really feel guilty about what you eat. You just have to realize you ate badly and start over the next day. Good Luck!

Reply from Mikayla, Age 16 - 08/23/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx regular peanut butter is bad for you. Organic or Adam's Brand is not because although its high fat and calories, its good for you. Dont go over the serving size though.
