Ht. 5'2, Wt. 138 - umm... so today so far I had a peach and 3 egg white omelette with onions peppers and mushrooms, with a bit of monzerella cheese. Then I had a Pluton (half plum half apricot) in between breakfast and lunch. Then for lunch I had half a grilled chicken with some brown rice. Two cups of skim milk, and then everything else water.
Exercise: I exercise in the morning. But umm..40 minutes of jogging, and then did 40 minutes of walking.
Does that sound like I ate too much? and is that enough exercise for one day? like do I need to do more?

that is PLENTY of exercise!
