Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - i've decided today i was gunna practice training....so i did....
112 crunches.
20 pushups.
100 jumpingjacks.
35 squats.
and maybe tonight me and my friend will go running.?
am i doing good? im planning on doing this everyday at least once or twice when school starts. but im still doing it now. it wasnt too hard.
