You should get a ceasar salad at mcdonalds. They are really good and if you those for lunch and for dinner eat what ever you want. I use the dance pad and it helps you lose weight also

Okay. Well first of all you didn't state specifics. Your cereal would be healthy if you had one cup. I've seen many breakfasts that have almost 3 servings of cereal in a bowl (I have a brother.) Next your salad from buger king. Im not sure about you, but I used to get the crispy chicken salads and smother them in dressing. That dressing has a lot of calories and fat and so does the chicken, croutons, crispy things, bacon etc... And the milkshake is okay as long as it was a kiddie portion. I like to think of a milk shake as a dessert. You would've had a better bet with water. Next for your mac and cheese, it depends how big of a portion you had. I'm pretty sure that a portion is really only a half of a cup, and I don't know about you but I can eat an entire box. Personally I think mac and cheese is one of the worst things for you. A small amount has a high calorie and fat count, and you eat tons of it. It never really fills you up. Just stay away from it. Onto the sandwhich. I did like how you were going to ride your bike down. Me and my friends once walked 30 minutes to go have chinese food. When I was growing up in the inner city tons of fast food was a 5 minute walk away. Your sandwhich was no exception. If I'm correct, you were probably going to get a sub. Subs can swing either way. The roll isn't that great for you, but if you fill it with turkey and vegetables and only have a six inch, it can be a nice little treat. However the tuna is probably chocked full of mayo and even in a six inch it's very bad for you. Don't worry though because dieting isn't something you just jump into. It takes time an work. I KNOW you'll have better luck tomorrow. Good Luck!!!!!!
