Ht. 5'2", Wt. 138 - Ok. SO today I had come brown rice for breakfast. Then for lunch I had a caesar salad at Panera's. I didn't eat the croutons, and had a whole wheat bagette as the side. Plus some pieces of chicken. Then for dinner a I had a bowl of tofu soup, with a whole grain tortilla. Snack was a banana. I had two cups of skin milk, and drank water the rest of the day. Exercise was 40min jog, and 40min walk with the dog. Does that sound good for the day?
Oh I also have a question? SHould you moderate the amount of cheese you eat? Like could I have one string cheese as like a snack everyday. To get my source of calcium, or am I going to have to find another source?

Seems pretty good. I wouldn't eat ceaser regularly, but it's nice to have a treat every day. Also considering you were pretty healthy I consider this a really good day. Congrats and good luck with the rest of your diet!

cheese is fine. just dont eat A TON of it. The only thing I saw wrong with your meals was the caesar salad. its one of the most unhealthy salads you can have. But other than that you did a fantastic job.
