Personally I'll grab some soup, salad, or a veggie burger from the caf or I'll bring my own cereal. Then for snacks I usually bring some granola bars. Fall is pretty calm. It's spring where I have hockey, softball, and drama and basically live on a diet of granola bars and those little cracker packs with the peanut butter in them. I tried to bring food one time, but eating spaghetti while putting on your hockey equipment is harder than a granola bar. For exercise I just have hockey. Cross country, field hockey, and soccer have been trying to recruit me for ages, but I don't want to have the granola bar problem all year. Personally I think it's easier because I'm never home so I can't snack all the time.

Lets see for me since I already started school I will say my day. Breakfast:smoothie at home Snack:Life yogurt burst Lunch:ham sandwitch with mustard, a string cheese and a veggie of some sort. Snack:Energy bar Dinner:what ever I see when I walk through the door from cross country.(Protine, veggies and clacium a must for dinner) Exercise:PE 1 and 1/2 hour then cross country after school. I also will eat a banana when I get home a lot of times to ease the pain in my legs from running. LAST OF ALL AND MOST INPORTANT IS A TON OF WATER!!
