Reply from Kayla, Age 15 - 08/25/06 - IP#: 68.229.79.xxx If you really like ceaser salad here's a better recipe: Whip 1/4 cup egg white substitue with 1 tsp dijon mustard and 1Tbs red whine vingegar. Mix in 1/2 Tbs olive oil. Stir in 1/2 clove minced garlic and 1 Tbs parm cheese. Toss 1 head romaine with dressing and 1 cup croutons. One serving is 2 cups and has 75 calories, 3 grams fat, 2 mg cholesterol, 147 mg sodium, 9g carbs, and 4 g protein. It's a bit tangier but you get used to it fast. Hope this helps!
Reply from Kayla, Age 15 - 08/25/06 - IP#: 68.229.79.xxx Ceaser salad dressing is made with eggs, cheese, oil, and sometimes mayo. Its drenched and then tossed with croutons and parm cheese. Plus you don't really get full from it, so you eat a lot of this fat soaked lettuce.
