Ht. 5-5, Wt. 152 - today i had... 2 cups of cereal, 3 glasses of milk, a bean + cheese burrito with whole beans. had a hot dog, broccoli, 7 cherry tomatoes, and a salad. i kinda splurged and got a jamba juice, (small), but its actually 5 servings of fruit!!

Okay well a serving of cereal is one cup. So try to cut down your bowls. I liked how you had pretty much all the calcium you needed. The jamba juice was an okay splurge as long as you weren't eating it with your meal. Think of it as more of a dessert. Make sure your salad isn't smothered in dressing and I'd say you did good today.
