Ht. 5'4, Wt. 142 - is waking up at 12 at noon bad for your health like losing weight because i heard that if you sleep really long that makes you fatter.

lol that is the funniest, most ridiculous lie ever!! when u sleep, ur body burns ur dinner off, and if u sleep long, and ur dinner was small, ur body burns of fat from your fat stores. aka, u get less stomach, less weight, u get the point

actually peaple who don't get less than 8 hours of sleep are more likely to become obese...so sleeping late is ok just remember your metabolism is at it's highest point for burning calories early in the morning
