Ht. 5'9, Wt. N:212 S:217 G:150 - ok so i have major anxiety problems. i get extremly nervous before school and it tears up my stomach so i have to take mylanta imodium and tons of other stuff to feel better. i dont want to have to do this soo do u guys think doing yoga and sipping hot tea before school will help. cuz i dont want to live like this. thax

Mikayla's right, if it's daily you should see a doctor for an anxiety prescription. But otherwise just take long baths (scents like lavender and jasmine are very relaxing!) and do yoga. Hope you feel better!

If its daily, talk to a doctor. If its before the new year, yoga and nice hot baths are good.

yeah... do yoga.... or... Neutrogena has this body wash thats like supposed to make you calm becuz its scented like chamomile and lavender and when i feel all jittery and nervous i just wash my hands with it and the smell calms me down sooooo much.... or u could try to meditate or listen to calming music
