Ht. 5'5, Wt. 191 - i started working out really heavy lately like anywhere from 20-45 minutes of aerobics + 30 minute walk/jog/run and 30 minutes of hip hop dancing and im a bit sore is that normal???

When I started dancing and doing crunches I became very sore for a few days because my body wasn't used to it, but within a week, the soreness went away and I was able to do my excersises pain free (well, mostly pain free :) But if you've been doing this for a while now (over a few weeks) you should probably lay off a few excercises, as you could be over excerting your body.
