Ht. 5'2, Wt. 184 - Hey guys. I have a major problem oh k. I wanna loose weight so bad but i just dont think i can on my own... i wanna go back to wieght watchers but i cant at them moment.Also i work at mcDonalds. so im eatin there food alot any tips?

Try packing your own lunch and don't buy anything from McDonald's, not even a salad. There are as many calories in a salad (with chicke and dressing) as there are in a Big Mac. If that doesn't work because of so much temptation, look for a job at a more healthy venue, like Subway or a Whole Foods grocery store. But if you need the money, you should probably confirm a job before you quit at McDonalds ;)
