Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Okay, so I tried getting myself up early to exercise to practice doing so before school starts....not going to work yet. My body is too used to 10 am that it wont let me lol. I am going to get up at 6:45 for school, and just change my workouts to evenings insttead--when i actually like to do them. If my schedule gets too busy later in the year I will think about changing it, but i figured that the beginning of the school year won't be freakishly busy with homework.

Steffine sorry if I spelled it wrong. I don't know if the info you have it true or not but I do know that ecersising when it works best for you and fits into your schedual will keep you doing it for longer and more reguarly then if your trying to force it. I always workout in the afternoon because thats when I have the time and energy. Mikayla just do what works best for your schedual and keep it up!! You can do it!!

Well, if you can't get up at 6:45 then you could do them in the evening instead, but it is proven that doing your excercies in the morning is more effective than in the evening. Since your body just woke up from a long nights rest you're tired, but once you shake that off, you're PUMPED! You work harder after waking up completely because you haven't done anything yet, unlike in the evening. My suggestion is when your alarm goes off force yourself up and go to the bathroom to splash cold, COLD water on your face. That'll wake you up! Good luck! :]
