Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - Here's a tip to want to keep all of you comitted. Buy a size of jeans that you WISH to fit in. alright keep wearing those jeans as much as possible. Yes, there suppsoe to be too small but that's the point. If you know your suppose to be hat size you'll excercise until you know they fit because your not looking healthy when you have fat hanging from your stomach. Get what im saying? example: im a size 12 teens. i want to be a size 5. what i do is i go buy a pair or pants in a size 5. duh there too tight so im going to wear them a lot that way i know i have to get that skinny in order to get to my goal weight. this motivates you to notice how much extra fat your carrying. so when you try on a size small jeans all that fat hangning out is whats causing you to be overweight. now get it?
