Ht. 5'6", Wt. 208 - how many miles a day should someone do to see results soon? i used to do 2 miles but i dunno what happened so maybe if i do more..? someone help me!

The thing you have to work for is consistency. If you run 5 miles one morning once a week it wouldn't really help you. I suggest gradually building up. You said you run 2 miles a day; try stepping it up to 2 1/2 miles for a few days and if you can handle it, go up to 3. The key is to go up about a 1/2 mile - 1 mile at a time; that way the jump won't be too big for your body. Hope I helped :]

I run 3 miles a day for cross country and all I have is a fast mile time and running legs lol.
