Well I'll go over what aerobic means and what the excercies are, because there are SOO many forms of aerobic excercise that saying one form wouldn't make it "the correct one". First of all, aerobic means "with oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen in muscles. Aerobic exercise includes any type of exercise, typically those performed at moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time, that maintains an increased heart rate. In more simple terms, that would mean excercising evenly for a long period of time instead of something like a sprint, in which you excercise your hardest in short bursts of time. A few aerobic excercises would be fast walking, jogging, running, dancing, playing tennis, jump rope (though this is hard as most jump ropers jump in short periods of time, but if you can keep jumping for, like, 30 minutes that would count), swimming laps, etc. etc. Hope I helped with your question! :]
