Ht. 5'4, Wt. 151 - i start school next week on thursday....so.....if i eat STRICT HEALTHY and do 50 squats...25 push-ups.....200 or more crunches.....and more than 150 jumping jacks everyday how much should i be able to lose by next thursday?

Let me leave you with this, the faster you lose weight the faster you tend to gain it back. The food sounds good, but you need real cardio. Every person should have atleast 30 minutes of exercise a day and if you're trying to lose weight you need to do more. Try something new; working out can be fun.

you need to find a better workout even if it is just walking in place for 15 minutes 2 a day because jus doing those things i think maybe you can loose 1 or 2 lbs
