Ht. 5'4, Wt. 151 - i start school next week on thursday....so.....if i eat STRICT HEALTHY and do 50 squats...25 push-ups.....200 or more crunches.....and more than 150 jumping jacks everyday how much should i be able to lose by next thursday?

Every person should have atleast 30 minutes of exercise a day and if you're trying to lose weight you need to do more. Try something new; working out can be fun.
