You need to find time to exercise and try to eat well or atleast good portions. Without one of the two, you won't lose anything. Plus, even if you're at a healthy weight you can be more at risk than an overweight person who is active for certain diseases. You can only expect to get out what you put in...if you put in nothing, guess what your results will be.
