Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - wtf i gained 5 pounds, if anything i upped my cardio and added more fruits and veggies.. dont give me the muscle crap, ive been doing cardio not weight training and no lose in inches either..i feel like crap.

I wake up with a dare i say small waist that can fit into smaller jeans. by the time i go to bed i am so bloated with food and water that i bulge out of them. thats why i eat lighter foods now. it makes it not so bad.

It's a healthy smoothi fat free yogurt, banana, strawberry, and ice. Can't get better than that unless I had organic yogurt. lol organic would make it better but I'm not complaining. I'm super athletic so I have to have a energy bar every day. It's a quick food for in between class so I can run 3+ miles of cross country every day.
Reply from ruti, Age 14 - 08/29/06 - IP#: 71.126.170.xxx omg i totally understand u with the sweets thing.. drives me insane.. i randomly think of cupcakes and choclate..choclate being my biggest weakness..no i just suck it up and eat a protein bar everytime i crave sweets..some are actually good.. i use the atkins advantage bars.. the smores one taste like poop..but the choclate chip ones are sooo good

So I work out as much as possible but it's hord to do that all the time too. Well point it we just have to keep going cuz sooner or later you have to get it right and lose the weight. I'm mostly fed up beacause I've been the same weight for over a year. I want to lose 10 more lbs. It's like the invencable 10 lbs though. I know that my self controll with sweets is why I havn't lost it but it's still hard. You can do it!!

Reply from ~*Kaylee*~, Age 14 - 08/29/06 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx Weight is a huge fluctuation. I am always bloated because I drink so much water during the day. I mean BLOATED!! My clothes are always so tight by night but when I wake up in the morning I'm not bloated at all. Could it possibly be that??
