Reply from Molly, Age 14 - 08/30/06 - IP#: 24.208.36.xxx whole grain wheat thins, grilled skinless chicken, mangos, quakes (rice cake things, but they have good flavors), lean pockets ( there not organic, but they taste like real pizza and have a lot of dietary fiber), u can have a milkshake if u just use a glass of skim milk and blend it with ice ( smoothie makers come in handy for this).
