Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - i was doing so well but then i ate tons of boborian chicken which has soo much suger..and too many carbs..freaking mad
at this rate im never gonna get to 130 by dec.

dont let one slip up get you down, just keep going,if you are eating right and exercising most of the time, eating a 'bad' food occasionally isnt going to mess up everything you have been working for. just keep going and doing your best and as long as you feel great then you are doing well. dont set too high goals for yourself (losing 40 pounds in a couple months is a lot!) because then you will get really upset and blame yourself if you dont reach that goal. set realistic smaller goals (eg. 10 pounds to start with then see how long that takes) then you will feel so good after you make that small goal you will be motivated to keep going!

Chicken is good but hold the sugar! I want to be 130 also, hopefully by the end of this year. Good Luck to both of us! :)
