Ht. 5-8, Wt. 199,5 - 25 pound loss! im under 200 for the first time in a while, thansk to all of you. i have lost all of my determination to work out because of many, many things going on in my life but im still losing. i need help for motivation again.

my other question is if i eat well but only workout 3 times a week, will i lose weight properly but not as fast?

buy a smaller pair of pants like a couple sizes smaller that u really like and every so often try them and so you'll work harder to fit into them but at the same time take and old pair of pants and see how far you've come
