Ht. 5'2, Wt. 134 - YAY!!! It's been a week and I lost 4 pounds! Thanks you guys SO MUCH. I'm so happy wish me luck for the next week. Any tips for more exercises? I have a treadmill, but I get really bored of that after awhile. Sadly I don't have an eliptical or exercise bike :( Any tips?
Reply from allie, Age 20 - 09/01/06 - IP#: 70.78.76.xxx when you go out with friends you could do something fun and active like swimming, ice skating, rollerblading, etc. or go walking in the park rather than going to eat at a restaurant. even shopping at the mall (walking around) is better than sitting somewhere and talking! and more fun too. you can do lots at home, like crunches, pushups, jumping jacks, etc. my fave exercise to do is put on some good music and dance around!
Reply from Anna, Age 15 - 08/31/06 - IP#: 71.236.109.xxx Well since school has started for me since Monday. I wake up at 5:30 to jog around my neighborhood for 25 minutes. Then when I come home I do whatever I can for 30 minutes. Like the treadmill, or the exercise programs you get for free from on demand. Then I walk arounf the whole neighborhood which is 2 miles after dinner. So yeah. Any suggestions? I'm trying to get to a gym, but the only problem for me is transportation.
