Ht. 5' 1", Wt. 134 - yesterday, i had wheat thins with spread cheese for breakfast, quakes with fat free kool whip for snack, a skinless grilled chicken breast for lunch, and a milk drink for snack, did 3.5 miles on the eliptical(took about 30 minutes) biked 2 volleyball practice, had practice, biked home, for supper i had a grilled chicken breast, like 6 french fries, and 1/3 a cookie. then i biked over 2 my friends house... i kinda splurged when we got 2 the gas station (j.j. bought us candy and i got 2rolls of shocktarts....i probably only ate a roll worth since i only like 3 of the flavors, then i biked to mcdonalds to get food for my friends, but they were closed so we just came back. amazingly with all the sweets i still lost a pound.. today i had the same for breakfast and snack, lunch i had a pepperoni lean pocket, snack a bowl of green beans, celery, and carrots., i also had a half a cup of icecream.. how does that sound for today so far. i have a volleyball game tonight and i have to bike to it and home.

sounds like you are getting lots of exercise. but I would recommend eating more food (healthy food) rather than just a chicken breast for lunch, so you arent hungry and craving sweets later in the day. have your chicken on top of a salad, with an apple or yogurt on the side, and make sure you are eating from all the food groups. you will be a lot more satisfied! good job on all the exercise though
