Hi. Well that doesnt sound very balanced. you should be eating fruits and veggies and stuff like that. Eggs and toast is an okay breakfast. try to make it whole wheat bread, and you could just use the egg whites and not the yolks to make it way lower in fat. did you mean you had a pb and j sandwich with ravioli? well make sure you arent having too much peanut butter too often, its pretty high in fat, but its good to have once in a while. canned ravioli isnt the greatest choice in the world. you could have a turkey sandwich, or some chicken noodle soup instead for instance. read the food labels to see which foods are lower in fat than others. instead of the milkshakes for snacks you could make a homemade smoothie with skim milk, yogurt, and frozen fruit blended together. or even just a banana blended with milk and a tiny bit of vanilla flavoring is a good healthy "milkshake" that would fill you up more than just nestles and milk. and dont skip dinner and have an energy bar instead! you could have a chicken breast, some tomato sauce, and rice. or a baked potato (dont use full-fat sour cream though!) there are so many healthy foods out there - have an apple or banana for a snack - if you are eating healthy food you will feel fuller for the rest of the day.
