Ht. 5'6, Wt. 195 - so once again my goal to lose weight over the summer failed and im pretty sure i gained . gah. any tips on how i can lose it during the school year?

First of all I have to address getting home from me. I know when I get home from a stressful day at school all I want is fried chicken and macaroni and cheese. Keep a stash of quick, healthy, preportioned snacks on hand that you can eat after school. Another thing is school lunches. Basically they're killers. Bring your own salads or sandwhiches. Unless you somehow to find some healthy things like grilled chicken salads with not a lot of chicken, soup, or sandwhiches without mayo and not packed with meat. My final tip is to just watch your portion sizes because its so easy to eat 2 to 3 times the recomended portion size. Also make sure your not snacking and snacking and snacking through out the day. Your best bet would be to keep a food journal. You can get all this at peertrainers.com Make sure you get some sort of exercise and good luck!!!!!!
