Ht. 5ft4, Wt. who knows - Hey I have a real big problem here. I would be able to diet but the only thing is I get low blood sugar levels easy which makes me feel sick. I am not diabetic. Feeling sick generally happens between meals. I hate to snack. Has anyone got any tips on how to keep my sugar level stable or any healthy snacks that will raise it? Thanks x

Fruit is usually a good thing to snack on between meals if you have low blood sugar, because it has natural sugars in it.. :)
