Ht. 5'2, Wt. idk - any ideas on what to take to school for lunch. last week i took a peanut butter samwich,chewy granola bars, crackers with cheese, and fruit snacks

The granola bar is good as something sweet. I wouldn't bring crackers and cheese for lunch. That's more of something you need to sit down and savor by itself. Try some baked chips instead. Instead of gummies try one or two hard candies after lunch. ENJOY!!!

Chewy granola bars...i'm not entirely sure but i think they have High fructose corn syrup in them. also bad. crackers with cheese is okay in moderation. cheese can be pretty fattening. Fruit snacks....not exactly healthy. You are better off with REAL food that is not processed. Try whole grain breads and fruits and veggies.
