Ht. 5'4, Wt. 153 - Life Sux Man! i h8 life! aww fudge gained somemore, i think. well i feel heavier and this sux! does anybody have any tips on how to lose weight? i know there's running and watching what you eat but is there any other helpful tips besides the ones just about everyone knows? hey another stupid question, i just came across it on the net a while ago and do u think it's 4real that an overweight person can be beliumic?.....

So, yeah, anyone can do that to yourself. As a former bulimic, I always hated that definition, but w/e. And, Makayla, eating disorders don't always start out as mental disorders. They just turn into one, as you get consumed by it. At least that's how it was for me. When I started it, I was mentally fine. I just felt guilty about eating an extra piece of pizza. It grew from there until that's all I could think about.

We don't all have some magical weightloss tip that were using and that's making us shed pounds like crazy. That were using and laughing at you because you don't know. Just eat healthy and exercise.

There's nothing more you can do but to eat healthy and exercise. its simply just that. Nothing more, nothing less. No magic. Just common sense. And bulimia and anorexia are mental disorders. The vomiting and starvation are the symptoms.
