Ht. 5'6 1/2, Wt. C:170 G:150 - I'm doing the thing where you eat dinner, lunch then breakfast. For the people who think its about over all calorie intake: you're right! I'm doing this so I will burn off the food in my stomach early in the day that way I will be fasting at night for a longer period. woke up at 11:00 so 11:00= carrots, potatoes, chicken, veggie mix with rice in a small bowl 3:30: serving of BAKED tostios(bite size) with serving of spicy salsa +one skinny cow (total cals so far=1000) which is perfect as it leaves 300 min for breakfast at dinner time which will probably be cereal and fruit.

Reply from sarah, Age 16 - 09/11/06 - IP#: 69.65.208.xxx that's like.. the same as breakfast lunch dinner..but you're just eating different foods.which is just dumb.. like seirously..breakfast is supposed to be the biggest meal of the day anyways.. it speeds up your matabolim and helps you burn fat.. so all you're doing is instead of eating like.. eggs, toast, and fruit.. you're having.. meat, veggies, and rice. or something..it's dumb.. really weird diet..

Reply from Kayla, Age 15 - 09/09/06 - IP#: 68.229.76.xxx Well good luck... This actually isn't one of my favorite diets for a couple reasons. One is that when you wake up in the morning you usually aren't really as hungry. Not to mention its easier to eat a bowl of cereal that at night. Your not as apt to cravings and everything. Plus I commend someone who can eat an entire dinner before going to school. Well good luck.
