Ht. 5'4, Wt. idkk. - Yesterday. Breakfast-Half of a Chocolate Muffin. Snack-Cheese Wrap thing. Lunch-97% Fat Free Turkey Sandwich on White Bread with Weight Watchers 100 calorie yogurt. Dinner-Vegetable Soup, Mac n cheese. Snack-Half of a Cheese Egg Omelette. BUT, i had cheerleading for an hour and a half, i ran for 15 minutes. i raked and mowed my backyardd for like a total hour or two. i did some tumbles. i did like 10 pushups. and i played DDR workout mode for an hour. it said i jogged 2.5 miles and burned 250 calories. was all that good?

well if you want to eat healthier, mac and cheese and chocolate muffins arent too good for you...as long as you dont eat stuff like that all the times its okay now and then. and for omlettes you can use egg whites and not egg yolks, it will be lower in fat. but good for you for getting exercise.
