Ht. 5'3, Wt. 136 - mk so i'm off...i really want to lose a lot of weight for homecoming which is at the end of the month...currently i'm at 136 and hope to lose like 20 pounds by then and i know i can if i stay focused on my goal...of working out for 2hours a day and eat like 500-900 calories a day...i really wanna look sexy and good looking for homecoming cuz then the boys will actually want to dance with me and it will be fun! ahhh can't wait...plus there is a certain guy i especially wanna impress...day one!...in 19 days i WILl be at my goal!

For about the first week your going to lose about a pound a day and you think "Oh this is so great" and then your body will slow down and you might lose 3 pound a week if your lucky. Plus with 700-900 calories a day your body will think its starving and will hold onto that weight like crazy. You'll also be more apt to craving and just going all out and binging. So if you manage to get there you have my congrats but I really don't think your going to make your goal in such a short amount of time. Sorry...
