Weight Watchers is an excellent program. I know tons of people that have done it and have lost 100's of pounds. One person losing over 100 lbs themself. I also have a friend that has been a lifetime member for 20 years or something like that(that means you have reached your goal and have kept if off for X amount of time...hers being 20 years) she recommended it to me and I'm really looking into it, thinking about joining on Wed. It'll be great to have someone else on here doing it also. Good luck to you. :)

Ahhhh weight watchers. My good friend. Frankly the core plan is good, but don't do anything where they're like you have 20 points a day, oh and like 200 flex points a week to use at your liking. Remember weight watchers is a business too and the longer they keep your weight on, the more money they get. So if you don't see results make sure yur changing it, even if they're like oh your not supposed to see results for x number of years, and then it'll all fall off at once, and then pigs will fly, and we can all go spend our thousands of flex points that us dieters have and go out and have double cheeseburgers. Soooo remember not to trust the flex points...
