I found that out the hard way, but now I swear by eating a cup of cereal with a cup of milk every day. It's like my miriacle food. Bologna and cheese is pretty much all fat. Plus lunchables aren't the healthiest thing in the world, especially since they come with that Capri sun. If you like that take a little bit of fat free cheese and some turkey. You should enjoy it more. And you can have the mini cruch bar with the turkey. If you give yourself a little bit of chocolate now and then your less likely to go out and binge. Fries are good in moderation, say 10 or so, but you didn't specify so I'm going to assume you ate a lot because most people do. They're really not good for you. Fried potatoes!!! Does that sound healthy?!!! And then two eggs isn't bad, but with everything you ate today, you probably should've taken it light. I like egg whites and you can sprinkle a little fat free cheese in there or some veggies. The yolk is not really that good for you. The donut is a nice little treat when you have a good day, but don't eat them too often. No more than once a week at the MOST! They're all refined sugar and are a big no no. Plus it didn't look like you fit any dairy, vegetable, fiber, grains or fruits in here. All I saw was fat and protein and fat. Did I mention fat. This is definately a learning experience, but that was not a good day, and definately don't repeat it.
