Yeah. Really good. I would try it if your starving before bed because its like one of the slowest digesting foods around. Meaning your full for longer. Plus its filled with calcium, no fat, and all sorts of good things. Its up there on my best diet foods list with celery, broccoli, and some food that tastes like chocolate, pizza, and macorini and cheese all roled into one that has no calories, not fat, and tons of fiber, that I also haven't found yet, but I KNOW ITS OUT THERE.
