Ht. 5'4", Wt. 146 - Ok ya, I don't really know if I'm fat or not. I think I am but people say I'm not. I at least think I'm over weight then.. So I'm around 5'5" and I weigh to around 146-148lbs... So here's what I do though: I'm in alot of sports(I run cross country, play basketball, run in track, and play softball).. cept the only prob. is I never loose any weight, I'm still fat and it's frusterating me out! Any ideas or comments? let me know..

You're certainly on the higher end of healthy, but hardly overweight.

Gurl trust me you are not fat............. Try 275 or 300 then ill give u that reason 2 say you are fat. But trust me your just THICK.... Thats it. Has anyone ever told you you was THICK????

for your age and height i dont think your fat. i think thats a good size. guys like when girls dont look like all they've had is a cracker. me and my bros were talking about that today.

Hmmmm well it could be that you get the munchies after school. I could also be (no offense) that maybe your stuffing your face with the idea in your head that your playing sports so its all good. Its really not, because while you may work your butt off your really don't burn as many calories as you think. In softball one time we ran for like 20 minutes around the fields and we were exhausted and our coach is like "oh you just burned 100 calries there" and I was like "oh great I can have a pack of oreos or maybe some baby carrots". Also you may be busy with a lot of sports that you don't have proper time to eat. I once was playing JV softball (practices and games every day), Ice hockey (every day) and roller hockey (once again, every day) along with drama (do I really need to repeat it) so I wasn't getting home from school 'till like 11 where I would prompltly grab whatever fattening thing there was and sit down, do my homework, and go to bed. I was so tired I slept late and never ate breakfast, and totally gorged myself because I was exhausted and starving at lunch. So eat healthy!!!!

Probably has to do with something your eating. I know I do the same sports as you incept for Softball. I'm not loseing weight because I'm a piggy when I get home from sports I just want to eat and thats what I do. Try and figure out if there something bad that you eat a lot of if you over eat a lot. YOu have to work out and eat right to lose the weight.
