Ht. 5'3, Wt. 141 - my diet starts tomorrow offical if i lost 13 pounds before like around april and took me 2 1/2 months and gained 2 pounds in 4 months thats a good sign that i can keep it off and i'm surprised that i ate so much junk and didn't excersice that i gained only 2 pounds will this time i'm so ready to keep it off and lose the amount of weight i want in 5 months to lose 20 pounds.. (plenty of time.. i know because i'm doing a lifestyle change thats why) and i won't stop until i'm 120 pounds or around there and i feel good of myself.. so wish me luck you guys.. love you guys for all the support....

The whole point of a life style change is that it is for life. You don't ever stop, even when you reach your goal weight. True you're not trying to burn off more calories than you're eating like you are now but you can't go back to your old habbits otherwise you will go back to your old weight. Most people who are overweight gain 10lbs a year so if you've already gained 2 in 2 months well then thats normal if you're eating badly (depending on the person) don't take it for granted! It took a long time to gain the weight and it took a long time to lose it. Just keep that in mind.
