Ht. 5'1", Wt. Now: 176, Was: 205 - OMG I need to stop eating so much! I feel like I'm always hungry, but I drink tons of water, I eat whole grains and plenty of protien and fiber. Idk, but I'm going to gain the freshman 500 if I don't do something about this soon! I don't want to unravel all the hard work I've done.

I think that when you start to drop, your body gets kinda confused and you're actually MORE hungry than before, cause now you're eating less food but good food. SO now I;m actually trying to add in more exercise and eat more snacks to keep me going throughout the day, like ayogurt, piece of fruit. or bowl of veggie soup!

Reply from Kayla, Age 15 - 09/14/06 - IP#: 68.229.76.xxx Are you eating at the dining hall. If so than that's the problem. They have to serve a good amount of kids there for a resonable price. What do you think all their food is? Carbs!!!!!! They have you craving more and more and more. Your best bet, is to avoid any simple carbs in the dining hall all together and only stuff your sure is full of whole grains. Call this a limited form of the Atikins. Plus its all you can eat so you should stop after your full and leave the dining hall. Hope that helps!
