Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.2lbs - Oh and also, it helps to make small term goals, liie my next goal is to be 160. I'm taking it slow becuase I'm not gonna be able to see my doctort and/or go to Weight watchers before October. I'd like to impress them by saying "Oh, I already lost 24lbs. on my own". So I really wanna loose this last 10lbs by CHRISTMAS at least, though I'm sure i can pull for more. So, I have 4 months including Sept. if I loose like about 2lbs a month or more I can loose like 10-15lbs more, right?

You can make your little goals and any goals you set for yourself. Just do it healthy and be healthy everything is possible!! WEll not everything but you know what I mean. YOu can so make your 10-15 lb goal. I also have a 10-15 ob goal by christmas, but mine is my last 10 so it will be harder.
