Overeating only one time will cuase you're stomach to stretch out, so it might take more food to make you full or "satisfied". It only takes about two days for you're stomach to get used to eating "less" and then it will get fuller quicker the rest of the time. To make this possible, go on a small diet for about two days. Eat very tiny portions of varieties of foods every hour within those two days. (that will prevent starving yourself and slowing down your metabolism) And then after that your more likely to get fuller much sooner and prevent overeating. Anyways... hope this helps you, and I wish you good luck!

I have found over the years that keeping a large water bottle with me and drinking it throughout the day helps. Also I have found that working out helps SO much. Working out daily will help you feel like snacking less and when you have the urge to eat when you shouldn't distract yourself. Go out for a walk or on a bike ride or read a good book. Good luck.
