Ht. 5'3", Wt. 142 - So I have been trying to lose weight for a year or two now. I have lost about 25-30 pounds but my stomach fat will not go away. I am comfortable with the rest of my body but not my stomach. I can not seem to lose weight. I eat very very healthy and work out an hour a day at least 5 times a week. I don't know what else to do to get rid of my stomach fat. Please post any tips that you have!!!

I have the same problem. Most of my fat is in the stomach and i tried only eating when im hungry. and running in the mornings. it helps.

Drinking 1 cup of milk instead of eating snacks helps my stomach. ttyl!

Try upping your cardio level. the more cardio the better even 5 minutes a day will add up to 25 minutes in 5 days.
