Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.2lbs - Breakfast: 1 Amy's frozen broccoli and cheese pocket/Lunch: (we went out) cup of chicken noodle soup, piece of bread w/packet of butter/Dinner: organic turkey burger, broccoli rabe, string beans, and Wieght Watchers pumpkin gratin. Exercise: walking around in malls, carrying grocery bags, LOL. NOw my parents like always ask me what foods are good to buy. :0) Mom went to Weight Watchers this morning so bought a ton of healthy stuff. As a lifetime member they knew her and all, so thy tooe her I shouldn't join the prgram but if I eat the food my mom cooks I'll loose weighht. My mom has to loose about 25lbs. and I'm reaching for ten right now until I can ask my doc. how much I should weigh. Well I gotta go now, I have to help Mom label all or food with their POINTS values!
