Ht. 5'7, Wt. C:170 G:150 - holy hell it's been 3 weeks and the pounds have just stopped coming off.. STUPID PLATEAU! Down 16 lbs total...Still so far to go.. I'm losing my motivation PLEASE HELP. woke up @noon and ate: raspberries, 1 piece of vegitarian pizza(still very fatty), cup of coffee Snack: cup of coffee, salsa and baked corn chipsDinner: half a palm worth of chicken, 3/4 cup of mashed taters, 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of squash + 1 cup of 1%milk.

great food choices! it all sounds tasty.. any way to help start losing weight change up your workout. Add 10-15 more mins. of aerobic activity(running, swimming, dancing) try lifting some weights. Just try something a little different
